The Theory of Wine and Food Harmony – Level 1
This unique presentation by Joseph Kenny a WSET -UK qualified, Wine Educator, is designed for the wine enthusiast and food connoisseur.
This program looks at a new paradigm for pairing wines and food showing you principles underlying each once DNA to successfully match wine and food.
This program will also include basic knowledge of principle grape verities and their dominant flavors in order to understand the principle of food matching.
Enjoy a taste of flavors along with wines for your practice and pleasure!
No previous knowledge in wine is required to join this program.

Weekend Mix Cocktail Workshop
 | This event will involve guests to try their hand at mixing various cocktails for 3 hours over the course of the Evening. You will learn how to set up your own private bar at home, with the right alcohol, equipment, glasses, ingredients and excellent tips on how to host a fabulous cocktail party! |

Private Mixology Parties
If your group is up for it, we can arrange a healthy competition as each person takes part in creating their own cocktail using a range of; liquors, spirits, syrups, fresh fruits and juices available to them. Showcase your cocktail, explaining the inspiration behind your creation, including its innovative content and concept.
This option is best suited to small groups between 5-8 people.
